We are seeking a talented and compassionate Substitute Assistant Teacher to join our team at Inspired Education LLC. As a Substitute Assistant Teacher, you will provide exceptional care and educational support to our students in the absence of their regular teachers. This is a Part-Time opportunity, perfect for those looking to supplement their income or gain experience in early childhood education.
Responsibilities- Provide a nurturing and engaging environment for students, focusing on their cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Implement lesson plans and activities tailored to the needs of students, while ensuring alignment with our educational program
- Assist teachers with classroom management, record-keeping, and communication with parents and caregivers
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education
- 1+ years of experience in early childhood education or a related field
- A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being and development
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team
