Job Description:
We are hiring a Preschool Ministry Director to lead and grow Mosaic MINIS— overseeing roughly 80 students and 25 volunteers. We’re looking for an experienced children’s ministry leader who connects naturally with young children, loves families deeply, and walks in a mature relationship with the Lord. The right person will help us attract, develop, and retain new children and families while building a strong staff and volunteer team.
PositionQualifications:
- Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate preferred
- 1–3+ years leading a children’s or youth ministry (children’s ministry preferred)
- Ability to communicate at developmentally appropriate levels with young children
- Genuine love for children and families
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage volunteers
- Must pass a background check
