What You’ll DoAs our Infant–Toddler Lead Teacher, you will be the heart of your classroom—creating a calm, joyful, and engaging environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Create and implement developmentally appropriate plans aligned to infant/toddler milestones
- Build a safe, nurturing, and responsive classroom environment for children and families
- Support social-emotional, cognitive, language, and motor development through meaningful routines and play
- Observe and document child progress; communicate clearly and warmly with families
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that encourages exploration and discovery
- Collaborate with teaching teammates and leadership to ensure consistency and support
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations and school policies
- Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and coaching
We offer a pay range of $18–$23/hour
, and placement within that range is determined by relevant experience, credentials, and level of education (CDA, Associate’s, Bachelor’s, etc.). Candidates with strong lead experience and/or higher education in Early Childhood may qualify toward the top end of the range
.

- 2+ years experience in an infant/toddler classroom (lead experience preferred)
- Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
and/or CDA - CPR/First Aid certified (or able to obtain quickly if needed)
- Strong knowledge of child development and best practices
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Positive, dependable, growth-minded attitude
