Education & Experience Requirements for Paraprofessionals:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of direct support experience, preferably within an educational or classroom-based setting.
Education & Experience Requirements for Teacher Assistant:
- Associates degree in a related field or 60 college credits required.
- NJDOE substitute teacher's certification required.
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of direct support experience, preferably within an educational or classroom-based setting.
Education & Experience Requirements for Special Education Teacher:
- Have a Bachelor's degree
- Hold a CE, CEAS or Standard License in "NJ K-6 or K-8"
- Hold a CE, CEAS or Standard License in "NJ Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD)" or "Teacher of the Handicapped (TOH)"
All Compassionate Team Members Must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a current, non-provisional, non-probationary driver's license in good standing
