Overview
We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Early Childhood Soccer Coach who will lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader) and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development.
New coaches can work 3-6 classes a week and can earn from $20 per hr up to $45 per hr.
- Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success.
- Use a non-competitive approach to keep classes fun with a stress-free environment.
- Utilize positive reinforcement to encourage children to do their best and celebrate progress.
- Be open to feedback and participate in regular trainings, following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
The majority of classes are held in the mornings or after-school hours. We also work weekends. Availability on some of the days and times listed below is ideal:
- Monday-Friday (Times): 9am-12pm or 2pm-6pm
- Weekends: 9:00am-12:00pm
Reliable transportation preferred. Local to Morris County area preferred.
Qualifications- Early childhood experience preferred.
- Soccer coach experience is a plus but not mandatory.
