Job Description We are seeking a Senior Associate, DSP to join our Media Team and support our client, a global leader in consumer electronics. The ideal candidate will have experience in DSP and Sponsored Ads, and a proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive growth and visibility. You will report to the Director of Retail Media and collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver high-performance retail media strategies.

Responsibilities:
Support management of on-site paid media activity (Sponsored Ads, DSP) to meet business objectives, with a focus on DSP. Participate in media strategy and tactical planning and assist in media proposals. Build and execute Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns, including keyword mining, category trend analysis, competitor research, audience strategies, and negative targeting. Manage pacing and monthly budgets, allocate across ad formats, set bids, and maintain spend reconciliation and related financial upkeep.

Analyze performance to identify optimizations and prepare reporting with actionable insights and opportunities. Collaborate with Channel Marketing, Creative, and Sales to ensure holistic planning and execution. Identify and implement testing opportunities to drive performance improvements and support broader strategic initiatives. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. 1+ year of experience in retail media managing DSP activations in-house or within an agency. Hands-on experience with Ads; familiarity with platforms such as Criteo or Walmart Connect is a plus. Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to develop data-driven insights.

Highly organized with attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with multiple priorities. Self-motivated with a desire to learn new tools and technologies. Preferred
