Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking a 7th/8th Grade Girls Coach for the Middle School program, starting soon. The role focuses on developing student-athletes and promoting teamwork.
Candidates must hold a Standard Teaching Certificate (or County Substitute Teaching Certificate) and meet NJSIAA qualifications for coaches. Assistant coaching experience is preferred; ideal candidates are able to motivate and communicate effectively with students, parents, and the school community.
