Music Teacher

Music & Arts seeks a passionate Music Teacher to provide high quality private and group lessons in our retail store. In this role, you'll teach students of varying ages and skill levels, create engaging lesson plans, and prepare students for performances and school programs. You'll collaborate with store staff to support rentals, sales, and community events, while maintaining accurate schedules and progress records.

Responsibilities

• Provide private and group music lessons to students of various ages and skill levels
• Develop and follow structured, engaging lesson plans aligned with student goals
• Assess student progress and communicate feedback to students and parents
• Prepare students for recitals, performances, and school-related music activities
• Maintain accurate schedules, attendance, and student progress records
• Collaborate with store staff to support rentals, sales, and educational programs
• Participate in in-store events and community outreach to promote music education
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment in the lesson studio
