Special Education Teacher - Demarest, NJ

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification (required)
• High school experience strongly preferred, though candidates with relevant skills in other grade levels will be considered
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective in-class instructional support
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive educational environment

• Deliver in-class instructional support for up to 10 students per class
• Manage a caseload comprising five in-class support classes
• Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to ensure student needs are met
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and adjust instructional approaches as necessary
• Promote student engagement, participation, and success within the classroom and school community
