Position SummaryBCIT is seeking a dedicated Teacher of Health & Physical Education to join our team as a maternity leave replacement. The ideal candidate will possess a valid NJDOE Instructional Certificate in Health & Physical Education. An Adaptive PE endorsement and relevant experience are preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of instructional best practices and the ability to engage students in a positive, supportive learning environment.
Qualifications- NJDOE Instructional Certificate in Health & Physical Education (required)
- Adaptive Physical Education certification (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Annual Salary Range: $65,737 – $81,313 (commensurate with education and experience)
Note:
Salary in accordance with the negotiated contract and collective bargaining agreements.
