The Learning Experience is looking for a passionate, caring, and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team!

If you have a minimum of 2 years of Early Childhood Education experience
, preferably in a licensed childcare center or preschool

As a Lead Teacher
, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow
.

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans.
• Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum
  .
• Provide attentive care and supervision while ensuring children's health and safety.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Communicate with parents about children's development, accomplishments, and daily experiences.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and center staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Participate in professional development and ongoing training.
• Follow state childcare licensing regulations and center policies.

• Minimum of 2 years of Early Childhood Education experience
• Previous experience as a Lead Teacher, Preschool Teacher, Infant Teacher, Toddler Teacher, or Early Childhood Educator preferred.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool preferred.
• Caring, patient, and nurturing approach with young children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to providing quality care and education.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
