O&M Technician- Commercial Solar

Job Description

Experience: Senior Level

Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in solar O&M, electrical maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a related field
• Experience troubleshooting PV systems, inverters, electrical equipment, and associated components
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and NFPA 70E/OSHA practices
• Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather conditions
• Ability to use electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and clamp meters
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; electrical/technical training or certifications preferred
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
