Position involves field and reporting aspects of geotechnical investigation, engineering, and inspection including field investigation by means of drilling, test pit investigation and other in‑field sampling methods; geotechnical laboratory analyses; evaluation/calculation of soil bearing capacity and other geotechnical parameters; evaluation of foundation types and design parameters; report preparation; and construction phase testing, inspection and consultation.

Position involves construction phase testing and inspection of foundation construction, earthwork, soil compaction, concrete, reinforcing steel and various other construction materials. Minimum two years experience required. Nuclear Density Gauge Operator certification preferred.

Position includes performing and overseeing field activities, subcontracted services, and reporting associated with environmental due diligence and remedial investigations; remediation management/remedial action;

Position involves conducting pre-demolition/pre-renovation asbestos surveys in accordance with AHERA, state, and local regulations and guidelines; quantifying types and volumes/areas of ACM within the surveyed building; assembling ACM survey reports and abatement design documents and budgets.

Position includes site evaluation for suitability of on‑site wastewater treatment systems; evaluation of seasonal high groundwater and pertinent laboratory analysis; evaluation of existing failed septic systems for repair/rehabilitation options; designing and permitting septic systems for residential and commercial facilities; NJPDES-DGW and TWA permit preparation for larger systems; WQMP applications.
