As an integral part of our team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting our long-term growth strategy.

- Designing, implementing, and enhancing efficient industrial systems and processes that meet our operational needs.
- Applying Lean/Six Sigma principles to identify, analyze, and resolve process inefficiencies.
- Developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Conducting time studies, capacity modeling, and cost analysis to optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency.
- Monitoring the performance of implemented projects and processes, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance and sustainability.
- Providing technical guidance and training to staff on new processes and systems.
- Staying updated with the latest industrial engineering trends and best practices.
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer, preferably in a 3PL environment.
- Proven experience in applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement principles and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in using industrial engineering software and tools.
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
