• Designing, implementing, and enhancing efficient industrial systems and processes that meet our operational needs.
• Applying Lean/Six Sigma principles to identify, analyze, and resolve process inefficiencies.
• Developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Conducting time studies, capacity modeling, and cost analysis to optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency.
• Monitoring the performance of implemented projects and processes, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance and sustainability.
• Providing technical guidance and training to staff on new processes and systems.
• Staying updated with the latest industrial engineering trends and best practices.

• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer, preferably in a 3PL environment.
• Proven experience in applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement principles and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in using industrial engineering software and tools.
• Certification in Lean/Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
