Must Have
- Land Development Engineer.
- Hands-on AutoCAD experience applied specifically to land development projects
- Experience supporting land development workflows (roads, drainage, utilities, grading, or construction layouts)
- Ability to produce precise engineering drawings for land development purposes
- Must have experience using AutoCAD engineering specifically for land development.
- This job would be supporting surveyors, helping with construction layouts, etc.
- In land development, converting raw land into usable plots requires precise engineering drawings for roads, drainage, utilities, and grading.
