Pratt Industries - - Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support for automated packaging machinery;
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, motor, and control-related issues;
Perform preventive maintenance, system inspections, and performance optimization activities;
Support equipment installations, commissioning, and system upgrades at customer sites;
Train customer operators and maintenance personnel on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and best practices
