Senior Estimator
Senior Estimator position in the Delran, NJ office.
OverviewManage bid review processes and documents, maintain and improve estimating technology, and ensure accurate and competitive cost estimates for projects across the East Coast.
Responsibilities- Lead bid review processes and document preparation.
- Coordinate with design teams to develop detailed cost estimates.
- Maintain and refine estimating software and tools.
- Travel to client worksite locations in the East Coast region (NJ, NY, DE, PA, MD) approximately 10% of the time.
- Prepare estimates for interview process.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or foreign degree equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cost estimating.
- Salary range: $110,000‑$150,000 per year.
