Position
Purpose:
Develop, implement and manage all control and reporting tools such as Documentation control, Cost control and Planning.
- Manage construction planning activities required to develop the overall plan.
- Manage project schedule and deliverables in accordance with processes and procedures.
- Produce cost and progress s‑curves.
- Liaise with managers and engineers of all departments to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.
- Draft letters, memos and reports related to project control issues (Documentation, Cost, Planning).
- Assist contract manager and procurement in case of disputes with contractors/suppliers.
- This is a full‑time, onsite position (5 days per week) located at the Haworth WTP.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical.
- Experience in Water/Wastewater Design & Build projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large, complex, construction projects.
- Strong listening abilities and reporting skills.
- Familiar with Project Control tools (Doc control, Planning, etc.)
- Computer skills (MS Project, AoDOCs or Procore).
- Pay Range: $125,000 to $150,000 per year.
