Water Treatment Project Controller

Position

Purpose:

Develop, implement and manage all control and reporting tools such as Documentation control, Cost control and Planning.

• Manage construction planning activities required to develop the overall plan.
• Manage project schedule and deliverables in accordance with processes and procedures.
• Produce cost and progress s‑curves.
• Liaise with managers and engineers of all departments to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.
• Draft letters, memos and reports related to project control issues (Documentation, Cost, Planning).
• Assist contract manager and procurement in case of disputes with contractors/suppliers.

• This is a full‑time, onsite position (5 days per week) located at the Haworth WTP.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical.
• Experience in Water/Wastewater Design & Build projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large, complex, construction projects.

• Strong listening abilities and reporting skills.
• Familiar with Project Control tools (Doc control, Planning, etc.)
• Computer skills (MS Project, AoDOCs or Procore).

• Pay Range: $125,000 to $150,000 per year.
