These are the qualifications that matter.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
• 5-10 years of mechanical design and product development experience
• Proficiency in Solid Works, Revit, and 3D printing tools
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design components (sheet metal, tubing, wiring, plastic) using Solid Works 2024
• Develop prototypes using 3D printing and rapid fabrication methods
• Conduct feasibility testing, analyze results, and drive product improvements
• Review first article parts and support quality validation
• Manage multiple engineering projects with cross-functional teams
• Create BOMs, work instructions, and manufacturing print packages
• Support production launches and troubleshoot manufacturing issues
• Provide technical support to Sales and assist with customer specifications
• Develop technical documentation, manuals, and product bulletins
