Our client, ice cream foods manufacturing industry is seeking a Project & Facilities Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate will have facilities management, project management and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Contract: 1 Year (extension possible)

Pay Range: $35- $42 hourly (potentially more for well qualified candidates)

• Lead day-to-day facilities operations for a 240-employee Ice Cream site, overseeing office, lab, and pilot plant environments in partnership with Workplace Services and Sodexo.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all facilities needs—ensuring safe, clean, and fully functional work spaces while resolving employee inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Drive and coordinate workplace projects, including a major office renovation, aligning space design with operational needs, brand identity, and employee experience goals.
• Partner with R&D, Engineering, and SHE teams to maintain compliant, high-performing technical environments, including equipment installations, infrastructure upgrades, and EH&S adherence.
• Build strong relationships with internal (HR, IT, leadership) and external partners (Sodexo, CBRE, design teams), communicating updates clearly and representing workplace priorities.

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace services, or corporate real estate, ideally within a CPG or technical environment.
• Proven ability to lead office transformations, renovations, or lab/pilot plant upgrades.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Experience supporting R&D or technical environments, including knowledge of lab infrastructure, compliance standards, and external partner coordination (e.g., CBRE, Sodexo, engineering firms).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with familiarity in global workplace standards and cross-functional collaboration.
