The role:- Plan material requirements and schedule production to support customer satisfaction.
- Create and manage long-range raw material forecasts and procurement requisitions.
- Collaborate with Procurement to resolve material issues and maintain master data.
- Support IBP processes through demand planning, capacity analysis and long-range supply plans.
- Lead S&OE meetings with clear reporting, analysis and follow-up actions.
- Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing and Engineering to ensure production feasibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or STEM fields.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain, continuous improvement or project management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including VBA, Pivot Tables and Lookups.
- Experience with MRP/ERP or standalone planning software.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
