Senior Acoustics Engineer

• Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of acoustic and vibration performance across complex mechanical systems and products.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert in acoustics, applying engineering principles to reduce noise, enhance sound quality, and improve overall system performance.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams—product design, mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing—to develop acoustic solutions from concept through production.
• Conduct detailed modeling, simulation, and testing, and provide technical guidance to support new product development, design validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design and test acoustic solutions for collaboration devices used in conference rooms, including speaker enclosure design and microphone acoustic design.
• Develop mechanical design solutions using CAD and other analytical tools, verify and validate for high quality audio products for mass production, perform tolerance analysis, and build prototypes to evaluate performance and testing.

• Minimum Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Acoustic Engineering.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience focused in acoustic engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD (Creo preferred).
• Experience in enclosure design for an acoustic system.
• Experience designing injection‑molded, diecast, or sheet‑metal parts for mass production.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
