Energy Engineer

, we design, implement, and manage energy‑efficient systems that cut carbon and deliver substantial, measurable cost savings for our clients. We’re looking for an experienced Energy Engineer to lead facility energy assessments, retro‑commissioning, and decarbonization studies — and to see those recommendations through to real, verified results in the field.

• Lead ASHRAE Level I–III energy audits and retro‑commissioning across commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.
• Build energy models and run decarbonization and electrification studies, quantifying savings, payback, and emissions impact.
• Size and specify HVAC, lighting, controls, and renewable/storage measures — then verify performance through M&V.
• Own projects end‑to‑end: scope, client presentations, incentive applications (utility/DOE), and implementation oversight.

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Energy Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in energy engineering, building systems (HVAC, lighting, envelope), engineering analysis, ASHRAE Level 2 and Level 3 energy audits, and commissioning.
• PE, CEM, CEA, or LEED credentials a strong plus — or a clear path to earning them.
• Hands‑on fluency with energy modeling and analysis tools such as eQuest, Energy Plus, Trane TRACE, RETScreen.
• Comfortable in the field and in front of clients — you translate data into decisions.
