Environmental Safety Health Manager
JP Logistics & Consulting LLC (JPLC) is looking for a full-time Environmental Safety Health Manager to support Picatinny Arsenal, LRC Maintenance, Supply, and Transportation services that support the installation's mission.

Hours of Operation:
The core hours for the LRC are Monday-Friday/ except federal holidays. May be required to work outside of core hours as required.
The Environmental Safety Health Manager is responsible for all aspects of the ISO compliance and the establishment of internal processes/controls and environmental programs, as well as providing site safety leadership, ensuring facility compliance with all safety standards set forth in all installation regulations and policy letters.
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesDuties include, but are not limited to:
- Establish program objectives or performance goals and assess progress.
- Analyze, develop, evaluate, advise, or promote improvements in logistical programs.
- Maintain a quality management and environmental system in accordance with the applicable industry and ISO Standards as applicable.
- Must have thorough knowledge of applicable OSH, ANSI, and NFPA regulations.
- Confirm all products and materials made from biobased materials (e.g., hydraulic fluids, penetrating lubricants, and diesel fuel additives) are utilized to the maximum extent possible without jeopardizing the intended end use or detracting from the overall quality delivered to the end user.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental laws, statutes, and regulations.
- Establish an Environmental Protection and Hazardous Material Waste Management plan (CDRL PM-06).
- Ensure compliance with Section 9002, "Federal Procurement of Biobased Products," of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (FSRIA), and Executive Order (EO) 13693, "Planning for Federal Sustainability in the Next Decade."
- Support the long-term goals for environmental sustainability in accordance with the installation's Sustaining Test and Environmental Protection (STEP). Compliance includes developing and defining work center processes for the reduction in the creation of wastes and the collection, segregation, and transfer of materials identified as recyclable in accordance with the local Recycling Program.
- Must have 7 years of Army safety experience.
- Must have 3 years' ISO 14001 program experience.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in a related field.
