Your Tasks Include- Leading technical investigations and continuous improvement projects for the QIAstat-Dx platform
- Designing and executing troubleshooting strategies to identify root causes across materials, manufacturing, quality, and field performance
- Optimizing microfluidic workflows and system performance to enhance product robustness
- Driving investigations related to customer complaints and implementing corrective actions
- Contributing to product development and innovation initiatives within integrated diagnostic systems
- Partnering with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to align on solutions and deliver improvements
- Ensuring all activities comply with regulatory and quality standards, including ISO 13485
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or other regulated industries
- Hands-on experience in experimental design, data analysis, and root cause investigation
- Experience to microfluidics, cartridge-based systems, or integrated diagnostic platforms is highly desirable
- Experience working in regulated environments and familiarity with quality systems (e.g., ISO 13485)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Clear and effective communication skills in English (mandatory).
