Johnson Matthey in West Deptford, NJ is seeking a Process Engineer to support refinery operations, monitor performance, and drive improvements in OEE, productivity, and safety.
You will collaborate with Operations, Controls, Maintenance, Process Safety, and EHS, spending significant time in the plant to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
This role requires a BS in Chemical Engineering with 1–3 years' experience and hands-on problem-solving in a chemical processing environment.
