NAVFAC is seeking a General Engineer/Architect (Construction Engineer) for the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) within NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.
The incumbent will provide professional engineering/architectural construction management services, guide technical solutions, monitor contractor schedules, review safety plans and contract drawings, and act as the technical representative on contract modifications and claims for multi‑million dollar facility programs.
