• Perform code review, complies with project budget + schedule
• Select, evaluate + implement design components used in projects
• Evaluate existing conditions - formulates response to challenges
• Responsible for significant aspects of larger project, responsible for work on smaller projects
• Responsible for daily design and technical development of project
• Responsible to supervise/produce Construction Documents through CAD and BIM
• Coordination and QA/QC of consultants' work
• Construction Administration for select projects

• At least 8 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in REVIT
• Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
• Architectural license required

This is a Permanent position based out of Branchburg, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $140000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 401K Match Medical Dental Health

This is a hybrid position in Branchburg, NJ.
