ABM Industries is seeking an Energy Project Developer to lead facility energy and infrastructure projects across commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial sites. You will assess building systems, analyze energy use, and develop cost-effective efficiency and sustainability solutions. Responsibilities include scoping projects, preparing proposals, coordinating engineers and contractors, tracking budgets and timelines, and ensuring safety and compliance. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver reliable, efficient, and high-performing building environments that align with ABM's culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Assess building energy performance and identify efficiency, decarbonization, and infrastructure upgrade opportunities.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for energy and facility improvement projects.
- Prepare technical proposals, savings calculations, and ROI analyses for client presentations.
- Coordinate engineers, contractors, and vendors to execute projects safely and on time.
- Monitor project progress, costs, and quality, resolving issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with clients and ABM teams to align solutions with operational needs.
- Document project results and prepare reports on savings and performance.
