Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Township, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: 6 month contract (Possibility of extension)
Pay: $25/hr - $27/hr

The Analyst will support the CPD Finance Supply Chain (SC) group by performing daily and monthly close activities, financial reporting, and data analysis. This role contributes to accurate financial tracking, cost control, and reporting across supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform daily and monthly close activities in support of the Supply Chain Finance team
• Update and maintain Daily Activity Reports (DARS)
• Track monthly Distribution Center (DC) spend and communicate findings with DC teams
• Prepare journal entries and perform general ledger (GL) account reconciliations
• Support departmental financial operations by managing data entry across multiple financial systems
• Adjust financial schedules to support budgeting, forecasting, trend analysis, and three-year plans
• Assist with cost control analysis and variance explanations
• Support seasonalization of budgets and forecasts
• Take on additional assignments as needed to support the Supply Chain Finance group

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience working with financial systems and data management tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
