Third-Party Oversight; Vendor Management Team Lead

We’re excited to be adding a Third-Party Oversight Team Lead to our team to work a hybrid schedule in our Moorestown, NJ office:
Monday - Wednesday in the office with Thursday and Friday working remotely.

We're looking for someone who is a motivated, self-starter with a strong technical mindset, prior experience in vendor management, and thorough knowledge of Agency and Private Investor guidelines.

The Team Leader of Third-Party Oversight will be primarily responsible for the oversight of evaluating and monitoring the credit worthiness of prospective third-party originators (TPO) and vendors.

• Conducts due diligence, including operational and financial analyses, of TPO client application packages to determine counter party strength and eligibility to conduct business with Arc as an origination counter party
• Approve, suspend, or decline based on the due diligence finding recommendations from credit analyst
• Identify any gaps in information or additional information needed to complete counter party evaluations and communicate with sales counterparts or directly with client as needed
• Assists with loan file quality control as needed including preparing and delivering quality control file packages for delivery to agencies and investors
• Handle audit request and implement remediation plans, where applicable
• Responsible for overseeing Third Party Vendor Oversight, including but not limited to, TPO providers, sub-servicers, etc.
• Train new employees and delegate responsibilities
• Oversee weekly/monthly Third Part Vendor Oversight reporting, including but not limited to, TPO sub-servicers, etc.
• Hold regular scheduled weekly/monthly calls and maintain meeting minutes with internal and external business partners
• Review guideline and policy updates issued by agencies and investors for changes relevant to this role. As applicable, make process and/or policy change recommendations. Implement and/or enhance policies and procedures
• Responsible for managing Arc’s Vendor Management workflow to ensure timely due diligence reviews are completed for new and existing vendors
• Undertake special projects as assigned by the Vice President, Operations
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Must be able to take initiative and work independently on projects, i.e., be able to devise own methods, approach, and procedures in fulfilling assignments

• College degree in finance or business, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
• Ability to analyze corporate financial statements
• Thorough knowledge of Agency (FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, FHA, VA) and Private Investor guidelines
• Third-Party Oversight and/or Vendor Management experience preferred
