Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Niche - Business Contractor – Retirement Benefits Specialist Lead to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.
Contract Period: 7 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $68 per hour
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ

Monday-Friday; 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Responsible for leading or supporting key projects of varying size and scope for the Retirement Plans
- Specialized familiarity with operational compliance and communications approaches
- Responsible for oversight of timelines, stakeholder management while directly executing against project requirements
- Investment implementation, operational and communications definition/oversight and direct execution of project requirements
- Serves as subject matter expert on retirement plans and administrative procedures and compliance considerations
- Ensure retirement plans adhere to all regulatory requirements, including IRS/DOL regulations, ERISA guidelines, and plan provisions
- Communicates with or provides direction to vendor and team members to address plan participants inquiries, resolve issues
- Experience in Retirement Plan Administration and Compliance
- Ability to prioritize and execute against multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of retirement plan investment operation and communication experience
- Prior experience overseeing compliance
- Experience leading change management
- Prior experience overseeing retirement plans communications
- Ability to priority multiple deliverables and adhere to project deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to complete tasks independently with limited oversight
- Financial Industry Experience
