Job Description:
The Manager R2R Accounting & Reporting will be responsible for providing operational support mainly for but not limited to the Biomedical Research (BR) organization. This role will work closely with the team in East Hanover and Mexico City to ensure accurate month end reporting, controls compliance, and support of the various business objectives.
• Contribute to Month-end financial closing and reporting process for the Biomedical Research (BR) organization or other companies supported by the Team in a timely manner, including journal entries, reconciliations, controls, financial reporting schedules, and data analysis.
• Prepares ad-hoc and routine 'accounting / management' information and quality financial analysis in order to support global and organization's requirements.
• Ensure all Accounting processes comply with standards and policies (i.e. global processes, Accounting Manual, Financial Controls Manual, Management Authorization Levels, etc.)
• Aid in adhoc requests in relation to ERP systems implementation.
• Aid in adhoc projects in support of team goals.

Education:
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting or Business preferred
• 5+ years of Financial experience
• CPA preferred
