Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our operations team. This role offers hands‑on experience in sales reporting, financial analysis, account reconciliations, and process improvements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with sales reporting and trend analysis
- Support the commissions process by updating existing reports and charts
- Review account reconciliations and existing financial controls
- Help identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation initiatives
- Create and maintain reports using Excel
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on ongoing projects and daily operations
- Review current process notes for improvement opportunities
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, preferably Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Hands‑on experience in a real‑world manufacturing finance department
- Mentorship from experienced Finance professionals
