The Advisor Operations Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the growth of our advisor teams. With an expanding advisor base, this position ensures smooth operations and efficient support, providing exceptional service to advisors and contributing to overall organizational success.

• Assist advisors with operational questions, escalating as needed.
• Perform portfolio system data entry and review.
• Support advisors with custodial relationships.
• Assist with branch and advisor registrations.
• Complete miscellaneous projects.

• Strong communication skills – effectively communicate with advisors and team members.
• Detail‑oriented – ensure accuracy in data entry and review tasks.
• Problem‑solving abilities – identify issues and provide solutions or appropriate escalation.
• Organizational skills – manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Knowledge of financial services – familiarity with custodial relationships is preferred.
• Team player – willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
