- Develop and execute strategies to generate new Private Wealth opportunities through MMA’s Retirement & Wealth practice.
- Partner with MMA consultants and producers to identify wealth management opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Conduct client and prospect meetings to uncover financial planning, investment, retirement income, estate planning, and wealth transfer needs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently achieve revenue and growth goals.
- Participate in client meetings, educational seminars, webinars, participant coaching, and networking events to promote MMA’s Private Wealth capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to individuals and families by delivering personalized wealth management solutions.
- Develop comprehensive financial plans addressing investment management, retirement planning, tax‑efficient strategies, estate planning, insurance considerations, and legacy goals.
- Coordinate with internal and external professionals, including attorneys, CPAs, and trust specialists, to provide holistic client solutions.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular reviews, proactive communication, and strategic guidance.
- Work closely with Retirement Services consultants to create integrated retirement and wealth solutions for plan sponsors and participants.
- Collaborate with Employee Health & Benefits, Executive Benefits, Private Client Services, and other MMA specialty practices to maximize cross‑selling opportunities.
- Support the development of wealth education programs for retirement plan participants and executive populations.
- Contribute to the growth and enhancement of MMA’s national Retirement & Wealth strategy.
- Assist in the development and execution of national Private Wealth growth initiatives.
- Track and report business development activities, pipeline metrics, and revenue results.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory developments, and market conditions impacting wealth management clients.
- Support thought leadership and client education efforts through presentations, content development, and industry participation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, private banking, investment advisory, or related financial services roles.
- Demonstrated success in consultative sales and relationship development.
- Strong knowledge of investment management, retirement planning, and financial planning concepts.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- CFP®, CFA®, ChFC®, CPWA®, or other relevant professional designation.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses (or ability to obtain).
- Experience working with retirement plans, executives, business owners, and high‑net‑worth individuals.
- Familiarity with fiduciary advisory services and fee‑based wealth management models.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $67,500 to $125,800. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
