The Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for analyzing financial data, forecasting financial performance, and providing insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic financial planning.
What You’ll Do- Manage the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of financial results.
- Partner with senior leaders across the organization to develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making, including ROI analysis and pricing analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to support business performance.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and make recommendations to senior leadership.
- Communicate financial results and insights to various stakeholders, including senior leadership and functional teams.
- Develop and manage a team of financial analysts to support the business.
Minimum:
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
