Responsibilities
- Responsible for the U.S. GAAP financial statement preparation.
- Responsible for the monthly internal management reporting as well as the quarterly external reporting packages to be filed with the bank and lenders.
- Prepare consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet for all business units and regions.
- Prepare consolidated Cash Flows and supporting schedules.
- Monitor system reporting architecture to ensure appropriate and consistent GL accounts and classifications.
- Prepare financial analysis, Balance Sheet and Income Statement flux analysis and prepare explanations for the senior management.
- Assist in the planning and execution of the annual external audit.
- Actively participate in the monthly financial statement closing process.
- Responsible for technical accounting monitoring and implementation.
- Identify and drive initiatives to increase efficiency and quality of financial reporting and internal controls.
- Work as part of cross-functional teams to execute various special projects and transactions and preparation of ad-hoc financial reporting.
- Assist in key project initiatives within the company by overseeing project teams, assignment of responsibilities and facilitation of regular meetings for timely goal attainment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration or Finance with an Accounting emphasis or work experience.
- CPA license is preferred.
- 3-5 years of financial reporting experience, preferably public company reporting experience. A mix of Big 4 public accounting and industry experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP.
- Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute and follow through.
- Ability to learn quickly and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
- Proficiency in Excel including large volumes of data and advanced formulas.
- FCCS and Oracle ERP experience is a plus.
