This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes—combining operational support with analytical and strategic contributions—while participating in the growth of the business they help support.
What You’ll Do- Assist financial advisors with administrative and operational responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and track client paperwork and account applications
- Support client onboarding and ongoing service requests
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and client communications
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance standards are met
- Assist with case design and development of client financial strategies
- Help build and prepare comprehensive financial plans
- Conduct data analysis to support recommendations and client reviews
- Support advisors in business planning and practice strategy initiatives
- Research financial products and planning concepts to support client solutions
- Performance-based compensation tied to the business and accounts you support
- Typical earning potential ranges from $40,000 to $120,000+ in commission annually, depending on contribution and team production
- No requirement to prospect or build your own client base
