Job Summary
The Order to Cash (OTC) Specialist is responsible for managing billing, collections, account reconciliations, and dispute resolution for a portfolio of clients. The role focuses on improving cash flow, reducing DSO, and controlling credit risk while building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end OTC activities for assigned customer accounts.
- Ensure timely billing, statement issuance, and collection of outstanding balances.
- Monitor AR ageing, credit exposure, and payment trends, escalating risks when required.
- Investigate, manage, and resolve billing disputes.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve balance discrepancies with customers.
- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and clients to address payment and commercial issues.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare AR, collections, ageing, and dispute reports, providing ad-hoc analysis as needed.
- Support initiatives to improve cash collection, DSO, and risk control.
- Experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit Control.
- Strong understanding of billing, collections, dispute management, and account reconciliation.
- Experience managing customer portfolios and improving cash collection performance.
- Knowledge of credit risk, ageing analysis, and DSO management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
