The Spotswood Borough is seeking a part-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with NJ CMFO certification and at least three years of local government financial management experience. Population ~8,250; budget around $14 million.
The CFO will manage budget, financial statements, GL, and reporting in line with NJ statutes. Responsibilities include overseeing cash and debt management, audits, and financial disclosures; start date August 1, 2026.
