Responsibilities Present and sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers

Establish and maintain good working relationships with finance sources

Submit paperwork and obtain approval from finance sources for our customers

Work with Sales Manager to secure a reasonable profit from every sale Handle all rate quotes

Maintain the profitability of the department while controlling expenses and maintain customer satisfaction.

Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc Establish and meet monthly objectives

Maintain high profitability of finance products in an ethical, legal and compliant manner.

Understand and keep abreast of the federal, state and local regulations that affect the operations.

Maintains high ethical standards in daily activities

Ensure paperwork is legal, compliant and complete without flaw.

Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications2-3 years Automotive Finance experience preferably in a GM dealership

Proficient with CDK and Darwin Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Great attitude and high energy level

Superior organization and customer service skills

Ability to manage detailed paperworkA thorough understanding of F & I Procedures
