Salary Range: $57,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually

Affinity FCU is seeking an experienced, results-oriented and member-focused individual to join our branch team at Cedar Knolls, NJ. The starting salary range for a new hire in this role is $57k-$60k, with final compensation dependent on qualifying factors including experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional member experience, build and deepen relationships, and help consumer and small business members succeed financially.
• Engage members in conversation to understand needs and determine appropriate products, services, and digital options to simplify banking and improve financial wellbeing.
• Open new accounts, enroll members in digital solutions at initial consultation, process applications, resolve complex member issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote self-service options and stay current with evolving consumer trends; adapt to new or non-traditional environments; support Affinity’s objectives and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years banking experience in a platform role is required.
• Prior CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, is desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability in sales.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is helpful but not required.
