Associate Procurement Manager - Collaborative Manufacturing

Role Overview

The Associate Procurement Manager – Collaborative Manufacturing (CM) is a full‑time, project‑based role supporting the North America Ice Cream business. Responsibilities focus on implementing procurement strategies across third‑party manufacturing partners, ensuring performance against cost, quality, service and innovation objectives, and driving improvements. The role is expected to last until December 2027, with potential to pursue internal opportunities afterward.

• Own end‑to‑end supplier relationship management and serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) performance across key performance indicators (service, cost, quality).
• Manage Supplier P&L: perform financial analysis, price benchmarking, landed‑cost analysis, and design and implement continuous improvement savings plans.
• Support innovation sourcing by tendering, analyzing pricing and commercials, conducting supplier discussions, and arranging visits.
• Lead the onboarding of new CM suppliers, ensuring master data accuracy and flawless execution across systems.
• Act as the forecasting champion for raw materials, packaging materials, and conversion costs.
• Create and update contracts using the Contract Lifecycle Management process, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives through sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, directed buying, and manage approval of savings projects in the system.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Planning, Operations, Quality, R&D and Finance to maintain SAP/master data accuracy and reporting integrity.
• Ensure GMP and other safety and quality compliance standards are met.

• Minimum five years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, operations or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPG/food industry experience preferred.
• Strong supplier management, negotiation, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
• Proficiency with SAP, data analysis, and advanced Excel.
• Self‑starter, action‑oriented, comfortable working in an agile environment.
• Willingness to travel 10‑30% of the time.
