The Lead Advisor is the driving force behind branch success at CSI Group. As the senior client-facing professional at the branch level, the Lead Advisor owns the full CSI
360™ member experience, from first engagement through long-term financial partnership. This role combines the expertise of a credentialed financial and tax advisor, a branch operator, and a people leader, responsible for growing a loyal member base, delivering integrated financial and tax solutions, and leading a high-performing team of Member Services Representatives.

The Lead Advisor is accountable for branch production, member satisfaction, and team development. This is a role for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who takes pride in making a real difference in the financial lives of everyday Americans and building a branch culture rooted in CSI’s CAPTAG values.

Key Responsibilities Member Advisory & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary financial advisor for branch members, delivering personalized guidance across tax, investment advisory, and estate planning services.
  • Guide members through the full CSI
    360™ journey, identifying needs, recommending solutions, and building trusted long-term relationships that support their financial well-being.
  • Conduct member meetings, financial reviews, and planning sessions with professionalism, clarity, and a genuine commitment to member outcomes.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex member situations, including IRS matters, resolving issues with care and expertise.
  • Champion a member-first culture throughout the branch, modeling the standard for exceptional service.
Tax Services & Enrolled Agent Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of tax services at the branch level, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality member experience throughout tax season and year-round.
  • Leverage Enrolled Agent credentials to represent members before the IRS in examinations, collections, and appeals, serving as the branch’s trusted authority on federal tax matters.
  • Supervise and support the Associate Advisor and branch team in tax preparation workflows, quality review, and timely filing.
  • Stay current on federal and state tax law changes, IRS guidance, and continuing education requirements to maintain EA licensure.
  • Identify tax planning opportunities that deepen member relationships and connect members to broader CSI advisory services.
