Financial Advisor

Horace Mann seeks a Financial Advisor to provide insurance and retirement solutions tailored to K-12 educators and school employees. Responsibilities

• Assess financial needs of K-12 educators and school employees
• Recommend insurance and retirement products aligned with client goals
• Conduct financial reviews and create personalized financial plans

• Deliver educational workshops and presentations to educators
• Collaborate with internal partners to support client service and onboarding
