Post Closer Opportunity
We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Post Closer opportunity with our client -- a financial services organization known for its precision in asset management, tax compliance, and operational excellence.
The Post Closer is responsible for the specific duties listed below:
- Manage final real estate settlements, including fund disbursement, document recording, and final document delivery.
- Communicate with all parties to resolve and finalize all items after closing.
- Data entry of all transaction details into proprietary system.
- Review final documentation to verify all items were disbursed, executed, and notarized in compliance with internal procedures and client instructions.
- Verify file disbursements are in balance and post checks as needed
- Submit documentation for recording via online recording service or directly with local recorder's office.
- Follow up to ensure all documents are on record within required time frame.
- Prepare final documentation packages for parties to transaction and deliver per client's requirements.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to manage multiple loan files in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and accurate data entry.
- Active NJ Title Insurance Producer License or eligibility to obtain one.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
- Experience with post-closing, processing, or closing of real estate transactions is strongly preferred.
Pay Rate: $22.31 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
