Location: Little Falls
Luminate Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to manage documentation and processing through underwriting and closing. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely communication with loan officers, borrowers, and third-party vendors.
Responsibilities include reviewing applications, collecting and verifying income/assets/credit, and ensuring all conditions are met. Proficiency with DU/DO, LP, GUS, FHA Connection, and VA Portal is preferred.
