- Markets operations (middle office) experience
- Equities experience (preferred but not required)
- Business skills, including intermediate Excel and Power Point
- A self‑starter who is comfortable working in a highly dynamic and constantly evolving environment
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects while meeting key deadlines
- Detail‑focused with solid problem‑solving and communication skills, and able to work effectively with others

This role is located in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $64,000.00
Maximum Salary: $87,000.00
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the roleTo support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.
Accountabilities- Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
- Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
- Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes.
- Development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
- Development of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
- Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations.
- Participation in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- To perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard consistently driving continuous improvement.
- Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise
- Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise
